That happened to my bf he got the tracking # the next day; it took exactly a week from production to arrival.A little patience Perla, it'll get there

I don't think they give you a tracking number because they sent mine out today too and it didn't give me any sort of tracking number

Today I received a text stating that my case has been updated. When I checked the only one that was updated was the I-765 stating that they ordered the production of my new card. I believe that I'm approved right??? The other one is still stating that they received my evidence on march 18th!!

Thank you perla n I will most def, take that as advice n I will just be patient n just wait like u said patience is our best friend.
I been waiting for years for something like this, a couple of months or weeks won't hurt me. Thank you for the support n I will keep u posted

I'm so happy for u Perla, Im still from my RFE respond since they received it on January 25. It's been two months n 1. Week so far since they received it. I talk to a USCIS level 2 officer n he told me I should i have a respond by April 10. I hope I get approved soon

I thought a police officer cant give you a ticket if he didn't actually pull u over or wasn't present for anything accident ect.

Calidreamer Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! I was just reading your previous posts about your bf's RFE going to his attorney and the light bulb went on! I called them yesterday but the attorney was in court and the secretary wasn't there i told them to call me ASAP but they didn't! So after seeing your post I decided to call them again and BAM! They told me they received it on Saturday or monday!! It bothers me that they didn't let me know! But right now I need to work on getting the evidence together! So here is what happened the week that they sent the packet some idiot crashed into me!! Some people don't pay attention when changing lanes! So we called the police so we can do an insurance claim from there everything went downhill because obviously I don't have a drivers license I called my bf before the police came so they wouldn't take my car! But when the police knew I didn't have a license he put whatever he wanted on the police report he stated that it was my fault that I crashed into the car!!! There were cameras at that corner I wanted to take them to court soooo bad but I knew that I would only lose my time doing that! He gave me a ticket and sent me to court! When I went to court they sent me to get processed and there they took my finger prints and picture! Then I paid $350 and case closed! Now I need to go to the court house to get a certified court disposition! I'm going to send that and also the ticket, public defender info, diversion program paper which i paid 300 for so that in 2 yours they will take that charge from my record unless I get another charge, receipt of payment and I'm also thinking of sending the police report even though the police clearly lied! Sorry that its so long!

Those attorneys take their sweet time to send things I called and they havent send it yet I'll have to call tomorrow again to pressure them to send it! Hopefully his status changes again next week to approved!!

Has anyone had an update saying their case was being transferred to the local uscis office? It was just updated friday to that status. My application was sent in oct and my bio was on Nov 5th.

You're going to have to wait until the 20th, if you don't get the letter by then, call USCIS and tell them that you want to put in a Service Request because you never received the RFE letter.

Did you also got an RFE(request for evidence?) But yeah, just send everything you can find and can get, from all places you have done business, paid, or sign any papers. Courts, tickets.. anything Good luckk!

My brother and I went in on the same day. The only difference was I was scheduled to go in 11/29. Did it like 20 days in advanced. Today I came to the realization along with wise words from my Ama that I have to let things just be. It will come when I least expect it. So I propose the same to everyone who is waiting. Lets hope for the best and keep ourselves busy. Congratulate those who get their permits before us. So that when we get ours we will have people who will congratulate us.keep me posted.....would love to congratulate you when it comes even if you get it before me!

Hello, my name is Jerzaim and i'm from texas. Like many of you i'm really happy to be able to meet people that can relate to my everyday life. I'm thankful for the opportunity that we have been given to finally come out from the shadows and truly be able to live the dream many of us have had for a long time. I came here at a very young age and grew up here just as any ordinary kid did. My parents are hard working people and I have dedicated my life to replicate their hard work. Like many of you I have ran into many obstacles through out my life but have always tried to overcome them. Although I was a little skeptical of the DACA at first I decided to apply. I was able to obtained my bachelor's degree this past may and currently working on my master's degree.
This opportunity will open a 'Enourmous' door not only for my education but also to be able to accomplish so many other things that a few months ago seemed impossible. I am now awaiting a response to see if I get approved.. In the mean time i'll keep myself busy and also hope to make new friends in the process...
