I've heard of applications needing additional review, but never have I heard of "fraud review". When you got the response to the inquiry, did it actually say "fraud review"

Here's another example. http://www.mediafire.com/view/9xiw60kv7z3xwii/AFFIDAVIT_daca.docx -
It's called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA as everyone calls it. All you need to travel within the United States is a state issued ID, or you can also use your EAD, so yes, if he is approved, he can fly within the United States. Undocumented people have been flying within the U.S. even before DACA, they used their home countries passport since a passport is an international ID. http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids

Does it have your name on it?
-
This is a tough one.
-
Okay, well that makes perfect sense why they didn't accept the transcripts as proof that you were here before 16 years old, because you weren't younger than 16 at the time you started going to school. Perhaps if you had been 16 years old and a week or two, they might have let it slide, but if the earliest evidence you have is 3 months after turning 16, that won't cut it. I'm not really sure how else you can prove you were here before 16. Did you go to the doctor or any place where a form could have been filled out with your name on it?
-
So were you under 16 or over when you started attending school?
-
Hmm....At what age did you come to the U.S.? One thing I can recommend is going to your high school and getting another transcript, along with a letter from the school stating what date you began attending that high school. Also, ask them for a copy of your attendance record, if they have it. Once you have those documents, type a letter stating what your age was on the date that is shown on the attendance record/transcript/letter of when you started attending school. Along with those documents, send another copy of your Birth Certificate to verify your age.

Yeah, all you can really do is just keep on waiting. It shouldn't be too long until he receives a decision.

USCIS will not accept affidavits as proof of satisfying the following guidelines: You are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran from the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012; You came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday; You were under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012; and Your criminal history, if applicable. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=3a4dbc4b04499310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=3a4dbc4b04499310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD#evidence What grade were your school transcripts from?

Congrats.

Good, but the Senate was the easy part.
-
They might get to your case faster. In the month of October is when they had the most applications submitted.
-
Don't worry too much about it. All Service Centers follow the same guidelines and procedures. There's less and less applications under review each month so you might not see a lot of people online posting like before.
-
If you sent back what they were requesting, it doesn't matter what Service Center it is, you will get approved. Good luck.

In my opinion, your manner of entry has little effect on your case. If two people arrived here at the age of 8 years old, one came with a VISA and the other came illegally, hypothetically speaking, they would both have been enrolled in elementary school at the same time, so they would both have proof that they have been here since that age, so the manner of entry doesn't even matter in that situation. The only way that coming with a VISA would help is if you have two people that arrived shortly before their 16th birthday, one with a VISA and another illegally. The one with the VISA would be able to prove exactly when they arrived, so there would be no problem in proving that he arrived before turning 16. The person that came illegally would have a difficult time proving that requirement, if he didn't sign up for school or start working immediately before turning 16. Other than that, I think your manner of entry has little effect on your case.

Deferred Action Frequently Asked Questions
JoseG replied to Admin's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
There's no set time. There have been approvals as short as one month after applying, to people still waiting 9+ months. There are many factors that will depend how long it will take for your case to receive a decision, like, background check clearance time, evidence submitted, amount of applications, etc.- 25 replies

In thy case, you should have already gotten it since it usually only takes less than a week. Have you called and asked if you have been issued a number yet?
-
What does your receipt say? That you will get it within 2 weeks or 4 weeks?
-
Did you send any Photo ID? The Birth Certificate alone might not be enough. Proof of identity Passport or national identity document from your country of origin Birth certificate with photo identification School or military ID with photo Any U.S. government immigration or other document bearing your name and photo SOURCE Who wrote the homeschool letter?
-
Congratulations. Your status will update again with a tracking number once USPS gets a hold of your EAD. After your EAD arrives, find your nearest Social Security Administration office and take your EAD and Passport/Birth Certificate to apply for a SSN.

Double thread.

Joining any branch of the military requires U.S. Residency or Citizenship, therefore we aren't able to join. I'm not sure what they check if you try to join or if they just ask for your SSN and an ID, but if someone with DACA did join, they would have to lie about their status.
