Hi Cynthia, like my fellow dreamers I'd like to welcome you to. The forum as well. I'm glad you found it helpful here. In regards to you question, I'd say yes. Its very possible to file the application on your own, however, if you can find an organization or a legal service wroking to help DACA dreamers at a low cost, that will ensure your chances of an even more successful application. They can reassure that your app is done in a orderly manner, easy enough for the adjudicator to look at it and disassemble it. They can also help you check to make sure everything is filled out correctly and accurrately. If those are not avilable in your area and you opt for doing it on your own consider the brief tips and surely, look around the forum where great help/advice is available. Best of luck to you!

I am outraged. Innocent lives, young children. No words can describe how horrific this is. My condolences are with the parents, families of the deceased. Gun control in United States is mere disaster. Semi-automatic weapons being sold to the public, why does the public need military based weaponry? Very serious matter, with lots changes in need.

I'm sorry that you had to receive these unwanted news. Luckily is not all bad, you're getting the opportunity to resubmit. It appears like you forgot to sign that one part of the application...? Did you do the application on your own?

It's really easy. You need at least one document for proof of residence, your EAD card and SSN. Take your passport as well, and just in case your birth certificate.

What!?? That is not right... If you got approved, you have your EAD, SSN that means you are in fact allowed to work in the U.S. Unless it was very recent that you got your approval, I suppose it takes a bit of time for you to be in the DHS database. That's the only thing I can think of when it comes to your EAD card. Otherwise, this employer is being nasty with you.

I don't really like to receive anything, but if someone wants to give me something make it something meaningful. I get happy enough being with the company of my loved ones, but the little things are much more meaningful to receive rather than something expensive.

I've seen this and frankly, things looks very promising for next year. I can't say whether an immigration reform will get passed or not by next year, the subject is being talked about and that's important.

Aw, It isn't easy when one is going through difficult situations in life and then have to deal with the anxiousness of another. Positive changes will come, rest assured that sooner or later you will get approved. Hang in there!!

It has come to my attention and this is from observation, that people who are in the DHS database or USCIS, ICE, their cases seem to be taking longer to get approved. Individuals who had deportation orders, or those who were detained while crossing the border, cases such as these appear to be taking longer for approval. Other factors to consider, we've all talked and theorized about. Like I heard from somewhere in here; no news can actually be good news in a way. You haven't been denied.

Seems to me you got approved... they received your required paperwork, I think you did get approved. When did you see this today?
