The worse that can happen is that you will get and RFE asking you to send them proof that were not guilty. I got a ticket before my biometric of obstructing a police officer the week before my bio. Then I got and rfe asking me about this issue. All I did was send them a copy of the court house saying that they lower the ticket to something smaller and I got approve. also I won a DUI and in the same rfe they asked me to submit paper from that court house stating that I won the case. So don't be worry you will get approve. I know is not the same but hey my won dui was worse lol

Don't worry be happy that at least they are looking at your case. Once you send it back you will get approve witting a week. When you send back the RFE it said the number of the agent looking at your case meaning it will go straight to him. it will be a fast process.

My i765 was update first with the your name has been update. THEN the next day my i821D got update to rfe so it can be a rfe or approve. Just wait but your close.

But as soon as you send the rfe you will most likely will get approve in less than 2 week. I got aprove 5 days after sending the rfe. Good luck
