    I tought about the same thing too nd Idk about being able to claim Cus when it involves large amount of money they usually ask in back of lotto ticket must be us citizen , or idk if you ever heard of commercial contest on TV, they say must be us citizen to apply nd unfortunately deferred action is not a citizenship or residency.

  5. name='Afrosana' I've thought of that too!! We'll be perfectly fine with our license and something within us will still jump every time we see a cop behind us. Ugh I know but can you imagine how it will feel also after nd if you get stopped, to have the officer ask you for your info nd ones it kicks in that we are in the "I have I drivers license" club to know we can provide them with the proper information nd drive away after noooo problem....haaa it has to be amazing. I cant believe I'm saying this but I cant wait to get my first speeding ticket lol

  6. now im hearing the the centers are slowing down because of new immigration laws nd honestly as long as all our people are getting help, the same way we got helped. I dont mind wating a little longer.I hope many more families can stay together

      Supposedly to keep more familes together nd because of that more ppl will apply nd send to uscis witch will slow our application down so they can deal with other different immigration cases, but its stuff I read around, you never really know untill fact are out you know I just hope im wrong

      ah, well, ppl can apply for it but being approved for it is another thing. but USCIS will make excuses for the backlog they create so that they dont have to take full responsibility for anything. if they hired more ppl like they said they were going to in order to process the DACA applications then other applications and DACA applications wouldnt slow down.

  7. I've been stopped driving in NY but never got in trouble, every time they just asked for someone with a valid drivers license to pick the car up. Not even a single ticket mayb I was just lucky, but fuuuuck the feeling of being stopped, I felt I committed the worse crime possible. I wounder if when I get my license will I still have that scared feeling I had every time I saw a cop its just Cus im used to not having one.

  10. I'm so glad to know that there is so many ppl looking after each other, helping on questions they might have. I always knew there were many ppl in my situation but I still felt like I was walking alone, congrats to all the approved nd patience nd prayer for the one still wating, we are next.

I cant believe that you could just walk in before your appointment, :-( that sucks because I had my bio app on Nov 10, then around that time hurricane sandy hit NY so they rescheduled my app to Dec 11 so basically it took me me two months after my bio appointment notice to get em done, this is definitely upsetting.

    Its true Unfortunately I had to hide it from my friends, I live in NY nd there is alot of hispanic neighborhoods but growing up i never knew or met someone else in my situatiom. I felt alone nd I even remember one of the worst feelings I felt was coming on my Jr year of high school Cus all my friends were taking drivers ed nd they were coming to school in their own car nd I couldnt do the same. But dont worry change is coming our way, now we will soon have so many more opportunities to live our lifes the way we always imagined it.good luck
  15. 4 really? I had my application sent to the Vermont center nd it seems like most applications were sent there, idc if I dont get approved yet but I hope that people that had there applications sent there get approved. Thanks guys nd good luck

      Trust me man, most of us understand just how you feel. ive been doing nothing for about year and half now and i cant wait to get approved to start my life.

    I heard some ppl got a response a few days after they responded to the RFE but it just in some cases, you gotta understand all applications are different nd the cases are different, you never really know when you will hear back, but I hope you do because I myself have been under initial review for a while
