I just found mine (baptism) and its just a piece of paper with names/dates and a scribbled signature (and some other crap) but everything seems very casual, what do you guys think? Yeah I also used my church's confirmation and holy communion certificates. I got approved so they def took it as evidence. No need to worry about the vertification.
