Hello,
I filed for the DACA back in December. In March I received a letter that my case was transferred from California to Texas. On july I received an RFE, which was inomplete. I called USCIS and explained that i was concerned because i was missing part of my RFE, which included the address i was supposed to send the stuff and the deadline date. The officer that i spoke to told me that the additional pages were sent on july 22, 2013 and that if i didnt received it by august 22, i...

So what they are saying is that none of them were D.AC.A approved. Which means they were not legal in the United States. They left the United States and then thought they could come back and the DHS is denying them entry because they have not status. Title is also midleading.
