Yeah I also used my church's confirmation and holy communion certificates. I got approved so they def took it as evidence. No need to worry about the vertification. As long as it is a copy of the original certificate that's all that matters. And plus you stated that your church has the record....

I had been waiting 2 months, 1 week and 2 days since they first received my case. However I was just recently approved yesterday -
