Lol that's a good question. Maybe it depends on the state, in which one resides. However, I asked my mother and she said as long you have a government issued id and some may require SSN. In Texas this went to the house and the undocumented individual won the case haha.

I did it with a lawyer n got approved within 2 months, However some Ppl did there's by themselves and got approved' and vice versa. One can't really say... -
