JacksonUr 0 Posted November 20 I’ve dealt with this issue a few times, and the first thing I always check is whether the zipper tape is bent, frayed, or uneven. If everything looks normal, I gently open the slider a little using a small flat tool so the loose side can be guided back in. Once the tape is inserted, I move the slider up and down slowly to make sure the teeth are aligning properly. It’s also important to look at the bottom stop—if it’s loose or damaged, the zipper will slip out repeatedly.
