Hi, i applied for daca on april 1st, did my bio on may 6.. I been waiting for 8 months now. My question is.. I was arrested to shopfliting at walmart it was less than $13, went to jail for a night and i was 17. Now im 21 will that affect my application?? It was a misdeminor.. I know it will appear in my record but is there a chance i'll get denied??? Everything else is fine.. Enough proof, i been ere since i was 3 years old, never left the country.. Im worried an someone help me, answer my question???????

I sent what they wanted and my lawyer said within two weeks i should hear something is that true or is it still 60 days

I did my bios today everything went smooth...i hope a receive any notice of something soon.

What did the RFE ask for?

She does qualify i have a theft charge as well,even thought they requested for more evidence about my case they didn't even mentioned the theft charge, but the she has to send proof that the case was settled or dismissed
